Delivery was quick and convenient. There was a lot of packaging protecting the device and it wasn't damaged on arrival. After all I damaged the back when installing it, you definitely need 2 people or 1 strong person who can lift it easily. I was very surprised at how quiet it is for the amount of BTUs. It's not quiet, but not too loud either. It cools my 900 square foot apartment with ease and I love the energy saving mode! It was by far the most aesthetically pleasing conditioner I've seen online. The center screen makes it super modern, and the remote control makes it very easy to change the temperature or the direction of the fan. I've had it for a month and it works great!
