In general very satisfied!

Right from the start, I noticed that the box isn't as heavy as my old 8000 BTUs that I swap in and out every summer. It was easy to install and every detail was taken care of. The simple installation instructions show exactly where to place the insulation foam, rails, etc. I like the white panels that cover the accordion panels, they give them an elegant look. Looks good but is noisy and the setup process leaves a lot to be desired due to the lack of proper instructions.

This machine looks good in my shop window and looks relatively nice. But the downside is that this device is incredibly loud, I can't watch TV and turn it on at the same time. There are no instructions in the box or anywhere online that tell you how to set up the remote control for this device. via WiFi. So my remote basically just turns the air conditioner on and off. Quiet, stylish, powerful, perfect!

Updated 8/18/21 The unit displays error code H3 and no longer blows cold air. Only lasted 2 years. Today I had to buy a new window block. I've been using my Tosot for over a month now. I have a massive 680 square foot master bedroom and this thing keeps my room nice and cool. I run it from 71 to 72 * f in power saving mode "es". The futuristic look and the touchpad are top notch. Aesthetically pleasing and energy efficient!

Delivery was quick and convenient. There was a lot of packaging protecting the device and it wasn't damaged on arrival. After all I damaged the back when installing it, you definitely need 2 people or 1 strong person who can lift it easily. I was very surprised at how quiet it is for the amount of BTUs. It's not quiet, but not too loud either. It cools my 900 square foot apartment with ease and I love the energy saving mode! It was by far the most aesthetically pleasing conditioner I've seen…

worst experience, stay away, not recommended

Update: TOSOT reimburses shipping costs via PayPal as payment for services or items I provided to them. This created a tax issue with PayPal. Worst customer experience from Revain seller (Sain Store) and TOSOT representative. The unit arrived faulty, it took over a week to approve the return label and I, the customer, have to print out the paperwork and pay my carrier of choice to ship the defective product back and wait for them to receive the unit in order get my money back , I DO NOT…
