Update: TOSOT reimburses shipping costs via PayPal as payment for services or items I provided to them. This created a tax issue with PayPal. Worst customer experience from Revain seller (Sain Store) and TOSOT representative. The unit arrived faulty, it took over a week to approve the return label and I, the customer, have to print out the paperwork and pay my carrier of choice to ship the defective product back and wait for them to receive the unit in order get my money back , I DO NOT RECOMMEND. TOSOT is still asking for proof that their product is defective after I emailed it (Tosot and Revain support) and their representative 👂 heard the issue over the phone. I didn't want to see some bad reviews before I bought the device, now I know it wasn't the best decision.
