Right from the start, I noticed that the box isn't as heavy as my old 8000 BTUs that I swap in and out every summer. It was easy to install and every detail was taken care of. The simple installation instructions show exactly where to place the insulation foam, rails, etc. I like the white panels that cover the accordion panels, they give them an elegant look. The remote control came with batteries, thanks. After turning it on, I slightly noticed the difference in noise, smoother but more powerful. The remote control is easy to use. The room has reached the desired temperature in 8 minutes. In general very satisfied.
