I am very surprised at the number of 5 star reviews for this item. The product is as described and arrived quickly. My sponges do not fit when wet as shown In the attached photo. I also tried to capture how the holder tore my sponge before I realized how sharp the edge on last ‘twist’ actually was. I don’t know what brand this sponge is but my Real Techniques sponge also does not fit when wet. That sharp edge tears up the sponge when wet since the fit is too tight.The seller emailed me and when I described the issues, the response was to put the pointy end down. That is how it got all torn up! I would have returned these but the cost was not worth it. It should work for the very small sponges. My holders are 2” in diameter at the top.
