It saved Voltron! washable
Amazing! I bought my husband a Voltron t shirt for his birthday and washed it before he could even wear it and it turned bright pink! I felt terrible for ruining his birthday present. I washed it and the pink didn't move. I kept it in a ball in the washing machine for a few months hoping I'd come up with something. I read about it and tried it. woo hoo! Votlron has risen! The directions say to use the contents of the bag with 5-6 gallons of water, but I only had one shirt so I halved the amount. I boiled water in a kettle, poured it into a bucket, added half a packet (1.3 ounces), stirred, and as soon as the shirt touched the water I saw the pink disappear. I stirred for the recommended 2 minutes, rinsed and then put the shirt in the wash. It wasn't too hard and just a little smelly. I'm so happy!
