I like that it is easy to use once you get used to how everything works (it can be overwhelming at first). The system doesn't have any issues as far as functionality goes but if something does go wrong there are some things about CFI's customer service team which could stand improving upon (ease of getting through from point A - support tickets submitted; speed/efficiency with answering questions or resolving problems.) We were able easily integrate our facility management software into this platform so we no longer needed two separate systems running side-by-side anymore!
