Review on Turkish Bathrobe Options from Arus Classic by Troy Robinson

The material was fine. I have already ordered two Turkish cotton robes and both have been of excellent quality compared to this one. It has a nice big hood so I like it. However, it doesn't close well at the bottom. I'm a woman with hips, maybe that's why. But with other men's bathrobes that I have ordered, there was no such problem. The robe had a very strong chemical odor when opened, which tells me it was mass-produced with a little care. I'm keeping it just in case, but I don't think it's Turkish cotton or very, very low quality Turkish cotton. Updated 6/20/2020 Six months after purchase, this bathrobe gets worse with every wash. In addition, more and more protruding threads appear on the robe. I'm trying to understand why most of the reviews are so high. This robe is probably the cheapest I've ever owned. I do not know. Maybe I got it from a bad batch. Clothing should last for years, not months. I'm working on getting a refund despite the time frame. Less than a year later, this robe is falling apart. By December it will be a year from the date of purchase but I doubt it will last that long. Extremely disappointed.
