This product is a game changer for those with an active lifestyle! It's compact enough that I can take it to the climbing wall - using it between lifts on my forearms and back to loosen tight muscles allowed me to add extra routes to my day rather than leaving early because I was too pumped up am continue. I also use it before and after running.
