What I like: Works well. The remote control has a good range. Was reliable. What I don't like: My own misunderstanding here, but figured I could just plug in some light and it's weatherproof. My electrician says otherwise. The socket itself can be waterproof. However, where the plug enters the wall and where your device plugs into that outlet, weather protection is still required. Overall this is a good remote socket. But all of your plugs that go into that outlet still need to be protected from water.
