Easy to install. I like the built-in controller more than the remote, although I'm a little confused juggling four buttons with such a wide range of options. Once I find a setting I like, I leave it alone as the setting is saved when the lightbar is turned off. The panel offers an even illumination, but is not as bright as a similarly sized fluorescent lamp. Overall, it serves well as a working light source in an office. I plan to order more in different sizes.
