I really like these. I made a quail egg omelet the other day and quickly whipped up two dozen. No projectiles hitting the mix and no mess! Sometimes they stick a little when you close them, but if you hold them properly they work fine. The handles are a bit flimsy so they don't always close perfectly and the tip gets caught on the opposite blade. Still a very handy kitchen gadget when using small eggs like quail or pheasant.
