Overall the quality is cheap and I doubt it will even stand up to the wind. I gave it away as it wasn't worth the hassle of sending it back. Once you've secured the umbrella in the clip, you can't fully close it (push the handle), which means it won't open with a push of a button. To close you need to take the umbrella out of the clip. If they designed a clip to hold an umbrella handle, it would work (although it would still be cumbersome).
