I didn't read the washing instructions and just wanted to clean them up a bit after taking them out of the box. Well, just as I touched the fabric with an iron, it immediately melted. :(. Good thing it was in the area that would be on the wall but I could just cry. I had this skirt on my kids list and I didn't get it so I figured it would be a good waste of money for Christmas nobody besides me will ever know but what the heck is layette i think it can be washed and ironed other than that it's really cute!
