This is an easy-to-use software that has helped us eliminate paperwork in our office by automating trash pick up tasks for employees. It makes it easier when we are not available during garbage pickup times because all of this info just pops into my email once I'm home! We have had issues with getting notifications after initial purchase but those were quickly resolved upon contact from customer service staff. The only thing at fault here was their lackadaisical approach towards followup troubleshooting problems such as late or missing pickups. If you know how much your truck picks up each week and what time they come out then there's no need for paper reports anymore!! My problem solving abilities seem more streamlined now than before using compolgy (it helps me save so many man hours). Less paperwork means less stress which equals happier employee = happy employer. Our overall process flow within operations.
