Well after 30 miles or so the same issue happened, the unit fell of due to a weak design in the way the unit attaches. Fell off and got tore up at work. Found it, but it's useless. Only upside is seller sent me this as a replacement to the first. I'll be superglueing the old one onto the mount.Original product had a weak/defective mount. After excellent communication w the seller, they shipped me a new one that works perfectly! It's a great light. My original unit would easily detach from bracket with the slightest of sideways pressure. The replacement doesn't have that problem. It requires some good effort to click the light to the mount, and as much to properly release it. Squeeze the tab towards the bike/scooter and pull the light away so you don't strip the plastic tab.
