I used to use a Cricut Easy Press for vinyl transfers, but I needed something that would provide consistent pressure for the sublimation. I've used this several times to sublimate rally towels and t-shirts. It does its job and as long as I remember to use a heating tape I don't get halos. I noticed that the temperature drops a few degrees when pressed, and then rises again. I'm not sure if this is normal as I've never had a heat press like this before, but it doesn't seem to be affecting the final product yet.
