I absolutely cannot believe how wonderful this has helped my joint and neck/back pain stemming from an old injury. This stuff really! I am almost 53 years old and lately my body has gone through a lot of remodeling and I have had so much pain in my knees, back and neck. I'm fairly fit and exercising but I think I've pushed my body to the limit. When my physical therapist used this on a recent injury (due to muscle spasms) it worked so well to relieve those daily muscle spasms. So I bought more to try other pains. I was shocked it really helped and I was able to reduce my pain meds. 🙌 I also like the table showing how to apply in different fields. I can't believe the doctor never recommended this for my neck/back injury many years ago. I'm glad my physiotherapist brought this band to my attention.
