Very helpful! the best in the category of sports bandages and bandages

I have a problem with both knees. That's right - bone on bone. Torn left meniscus. I've had many surgeries before, so I try to avoid more because I don't go out of aesthetic well-being, so I'm afraid to do more surgeries. I bandaged my knees with Rock Tape for a few weeks and felt a definite improvement. There is no more pain. My legs feel more stable. I usually keep the band for 5 days and then change it. Great that you can shower with duct tape. Hopefully this continues and I don't have to…

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design

Insure your injury and move on

I broke my shoulder in a kidnapping in Mexico forty years ago. I hit a few guys to get away. The shoulder popped out and hung behind my head. The same shoulder was dislocated when my UPS shirt caught on the door handle and I hung on the outside of the truck until I got my ink pen to rip open the shirt. The shoulder is weak now at 60. My chiropractor recommended Rock Tape. He put it on me in his office. Three days later I love this tape. I have a weak shoulder. I can dislocate him in my sleep…

Do not buy if you are sensitive to adhesives

This tape has a nice feel, stretch and support. HOWEVER, this is for people who, like me, are very sensitive to EVERYTHING. I know this says hypoallergenic and blah blah blah but it caused my skin to break out in rashes and blood blisters for hours ending in scars :/ no I didn't wear it for more than a few hours and yes, I was stupid enough to try twice and it worked TWICE! But that's only because I have very sensitive skin and allergies to latex, glue, food allergies, environmental allergies…

Pros
  • This is amazing

Adhesive seems to hold best with ROCK tape

I use all kinds of KT tape for different purposes. Have tried many different brands, waterproof, professional etc. The adhesive on ROCK tape seems to last the longest. Sticking issues aside, all of these different brands do a great job of supporting different parts of the body that are struggling. This stuff is like a miracle! There are all kinds of quick videos and illustrations on the web to help you figure out how and where to attach it - what band configuration, tension, etc. Alternatively,

That brought me great relief!

I've been on PT for about 3 weeks now. My trapezius muscles and neck are very inflamed and tight. I work in healthcare and this injury was very painful. In each session they use Rock Tape and Rock Sauce to ease the pain a bit and it's been awesome! I'm very sensitive to medication, so I had to deal with pain in a more natural way. The tape also helps correct my posture. I decided to buy some for the house since I only see PTA twice a week. My skin is also very sensitive, but it didn't cause me…

This stuff really! 💯

I absolutely cannot believe how wonderful this has helped my joint and neck/back pain stemming from an old injury. This stuff really! I am almost 53 years old and lately my body has gone through a lot of remodeling and I have had so much pain in my knees, back and neck. I'm fairly fit and exercising but I think I've pushed my body to the limit. When my physical therapist used this on a recent injury (due to muscle spasms) it worked so well to relieve those daily muscle spasms. So I bought more…

MIRACLE band. for medical supplies and equipment

For several months I struggled with excruciating pain in my left foot due to plantar fasciitis and Morton's neuroma. I was constantly stressed and worried; I couldn't wear shoes other than sneakers, envied people around me who could wear their seasonal shoes, and became afraid to do any outdoor activities that I usually enjoy doing. Nothing seemed to work. I've tried compression stockings, massagers, custom orthotics, sturdy shoes, and stretched rigorously morning and night. the pain was still…

Don't spend extra money on it.

Trust me, I love Kinesiology Tape. I've tried almost every brand. I have osteoarthritis in both hands. I live on two acres with lots of trees, sheep, goats, turtle ponds and gardens. That means I work a lot with my hands. During the summer and fall, when I use a pair of pruning shears to source mulberry branches for animals, I often tear tendons and strain the muscles in my forearms at an alarming rate. So I thought I'd give it a try based on the rave reviews. A) It's cotton and doesn't support

  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

Seriously get rid of the fat on the back of a strapless dress!

This tape I don't even know where to start! My seamstress Diana introduced me to this tape to get rid of the fat on my back in my strapless dress and that annoying armpit tuft. It works and it's amazing! Every bride should know this trick. They take the tape, making sure that the first end does not go beyond the line of the dress, and attach it to the problem area. Then pull the tape down and/or out depending on how you want to smooth the skin. Pull, press the tape against the skin and smooth…
