This mop worked well for about 9-10 months. If you press down to rotate the mop, like it seems the internal "screw" have come loose. I was very disappointed because I really like this mop. I'm so fed up with junk products on the market these days. I wish they had more pride and quality into making products rather than focusing on making a quick buck off a cheap product So my dilemma is, do I try to replace this one that hasn't lasted a year or do I buy another one from a brand that is just as cheap?*sigh* I recommend this product ambiguously.Failed after 9-10 months.Your call.
