I'm female and have fairly small wrists and hands. It was fine, but I've had one before (which I lost and can't remember the brand) which was phenomenal, fit me like a glove and was a huge relief. The thumb hole is a bit small. I like how it's adjustable but I've been wearing them for a week now and don't feel the real relief that wearing braces should. It hurts the moment I take it off my wrist, and sometimes even while I'm wearing it (my good braces have made me feel relieved for hours or days during and after wearing them). And it was never tight enough around my wrist, only on my forearm, thumb, and back of my hand. The palm rest is not as soft as mine and I felt pain in my palms while wearing it. Of the 4 different brands I've recently bought while looking for good braces, this was the best. I'll carry this on now, but my search continues
