Had to return because one of the plastic floor protectors on one of the legs broke off. You can't reattach it after it's torn off. Another reason I returned these chairs was the black powder color. When you touch your feet, the color falls on you. It doesn't leave your hands dirty, but you can feel the powder everywhere. I thought about ordering another box but ended up going with another company that is $10 more priced but much better quality. No powder coating or torn parts. I recommend paying a little more so you don't have to deal with the mess and returns.
