The platform is easy to use as it has all of your tools in one place with no additional downloads or plugins required! I love that you can see what people are liking about my ads which helps me target more effectively by seeing where they're most engaged online. They also have some great analytics features so we get insights into our campaigns from their side too - this makes us feel like someone's watching over everything!! It would be nice if there was an option within each ad set up/campaign setup page (or similar) to allow users who aren't admin level access but still need them at times to edit certain aspects such as targeting options etc without having to request permission first via email.
