I like that you can customize your pages very easily since they are template driven. You don't have to use an entire collection of prebuilt themes to create custom designs. It is not as flexible as some other options but does give more freedom in terms of editing. They include several different collections so finding what works best for your needs will be easy! Nothing really at this time. If nothing else helps them improve their customer service, which has been poor in my experience - I've had multiple issues with them recently where there was no communication about resolution (invoicing errors, missing content) from past customers who were still waiting. This is bad if you pay monthly fees because you may never know when they'll resolve the issue. Try asking the questions below regarding any problems you're having.
