The ability for it connect seamlessly into our marketing automation platform is great! I don't have any dislikes at this time but would like more options when we are in an outbound communication loop (call center or sales). We've been able use ERA as part of Marketing Cloud so that has made setup easier than if you were trying do all from scratch yourself which makes sense since they provide most everything needed already built-in within their product/platform itself - just need some training up front then get rolling!!
