This software has helped us with customer support and sales

The best thing is that it can be integrated into any platform so you don't need additional tools for this purpose. It's not cheap though (it was around $200 per month) but I suppose if your business gets bigger then they will lower their prices as well because more customers means higher profit margin. You should consider all factors like price range, functionality etc before choosing email response automation or any tool in general really! We are solving our problem by automating manual…

Easily integrate with Salesforce and other platforms

The ability for it connect seamlessly into our marketing automation platform is great! I don't have any dislikes at this time but would like more options when we are in an outbound communication loop (call center or sales). We've been able use ERA as part of Marketing Cloud so that has made setup easier than if you were trying do all from scratch yourself which makes sense since they provide most everything needed already built-in within their product/platform itself - just need some training…
