The best thing is that it can be integrated into any platform so you don't need additional tools for this purpose. It's not cheap though (it was around $200 per month) but I suppose if your business gets bigger then they will lower their prices as well because more customers means higher profit margin. You should consider all factors like price range, functionality etc before choosing email response automation or any tool in general really! We are solving our problem by automating manual process which used to take days/weeks now we do them within seconds!
