Review on CURT 45141 Trailer 2 Inch Receiver by Corey Krull

Great deal on a lockable mount. I have this to pull a uhaul trailer to move the fridge. I don't have a truck so I rent it. The Uhaul trailer was the next option. Renting a trailer was cheaper than renting a uhaul truck. Well it worked great. The mount locks into place with the included lock, so you don't have to worry about someone stealing your mount if you leave it on the hitch. I've noticed a problem. The Curt 2" mount I received is a bit loose on my SUV's Curt 2" receiver. Compared to the 2" Reese hitch that Uhaul sells, this hitch fit well when Curt was free. I haven't towed anything in a long time and Kurt's hitch made all sorts of rattling noises when pulling an underweight hitch when going over bumps. I don't recall this happening to my previous car and I think it could be due to a loose receiver mount. I still give it 5 stars as it did its job and works as it should.
