Weight is WAY off - my new review
So I received these today and I tested them out. I used to barely be able to close a CoC #2 and the 200lb in this set, I closed pretty easily. I compared them to another set that I have and all three seem to be 25-30lbs below what the stated rating is. Given that I can still use them for endurance training, I plan on keeping them, but I'm really disappointed how far off these weight ratings are. Frankly, spend the extra money and get the Captains of Crush set.
- These worked good for me and were a great price.
- The set may only target specific muscle groups, neglecting others
