I use them to store syrups. you are doing great work good pressure
I use them to make flavored syrups for adult beverages. They are thin enough that I can sanitize 4 at a time in a tall pot (I boil them in water). Tightness is pretty good too. The 3 ridges on the cork mean you don't have to perfectly match the top to get a good seal. The internal drain hole is also large enough to easily clean the spout under running tap water. swimming around, it can clog the spout.
