I read the reviews and took a size down. I have 7.5 in running shoes and I have 6.5. I thought it was ok but 7 would be better so I would suggest going half a size smaller than your regular running shoes. Annoyingly, size 6.5 costs $55 and size 7 costs $80! BUMMER!
