Oil filler key is broken! I used the key to remove the old stub and it worked great. But after draining the oil, I tried to put a new plug in, but the key broke. It broke right after I put it in the hole. Because the oil plug wrench broke at a key point, I had several moments of nervousness trying to pull the plug out. Apparently you can use needle nose pliers as there is a groove for the tips and use them to pry the connector out. Please note that using pliers to remove the fork will deform the fork. The manufacturer agreed to replace the product, but I'm not happy that my 15-minute oil change turned into a 90-minute ordeal. I think using a short flat head might be the best tool for removing the oil plug.
