I like that they are proactive in finding solutions, not reactive as other companies can be sometimes! They have been very thorough with all of my questions/concerns so far - both during onboarding process & after being hired by them (which was about 1 month ago). The support staff has also done an excellent job at answering any question or concern we may possibly come up against along this journey together!! It's difficult when you're looking out there seeing what else could potentially work better than your current system but it seems most clients aren't willing / able too change things around unless its something major such as software changes which would require training etc., however if thats where problems arise then maybe look into having someone from outside help evaluate how well everything works currently? We've saved quite alot through using ADP compared vs traditional payroll services + time savings involved wtihout needing more employees since everyone knows exactly who does whats now instead just waiting days till pay.
