Very poor design. Although the rollers roll smoothly, the roller assembly (where it meets the door) has a stop designed to prevent the rollers and the door from coming off the rail. The problem is that these are too separated from the rail (too separated from the roller and too close to the door), so if anyone lifts the door a bit (less that 1/2 inch) the door will come off the rail. This has happened to my children twice already, and we have a very heavy door. And they cannot be placed higher on the roller assembly (closer to the roller) because they would then hit the rail supports. Also, the rubber pegs on the stops (which stop the rollers/door once it gets to the end of the rail) fell off in less that 3 months.
