We bought these to keep the phones close enough to work with the waterproof pool speaker. They work great and the lock is very easy to use. The touchscreen can be a little tricky to use in one instance, but that's no surprise, I can still type text if I need to. Works great with my iPhone 11 and they fit my daughter's iPhone 8 (pictured) with her pop connector (still with some slack) so I think they will still work with some thicker phone cases or larger phones. They don't actually swim with our phones, which isn't really a problem in or near the pool.
