After fitting my son got a potty seat that fits the round toilet seat in his art deco bathroom. My granddaughter loved the seat and held the handles to feel secure. Very strong appearance. I bought her a matching stool. She wanted to climb on board alone, and her parents were there. A few days later the potty came back and the seat was gone which I found odd. It turned out that when my granddaughter used the potty seat, her urine somehow leaked out between the seat and the toilet, resulting in her having to be constantly cleaned with bleach. She wanted the potty back and since she was 3 years old her parents decided they would pull the potty back and let her use the seat. Just clean it and the toilet regularly. I don't know why this is happening as it sits right where it should be. Otherwise it is a high quality pot.
