Designed to look from afar like the original USA made Moody pin vise, but upon closer inspection and first use it is clear that they are very poor are made, poor manufacturing tolerances. The thread fit between the collets and the spindle shafts is extremely sloppy so they probably won't hold up to heavy tightening. Gap grooves on the collets are not exactly in the middle; and the collets are not fully pressed in if centered properly. They will work if you just need something in a pinch and don't care about good alignment or a very firm grip for what they're holding; but they're probably no better than the $10.95 set that looks the same. If you want and appreciate well-made tools, spend $40 on a US-made set from Moody Tools (google for best price).
