Much better than a wedge
This doorstop was very easy to fit. It clears the way and makes my home safer. The entrance to my kitchen is a high traffic area and people have tripped over the wedge holding the kitchen door open. I attached a magnet to a solid bookshelf behind the door and a latch to the door and it holds up better than a wedge. When the door swings open, it sticks to the trap every time. A few screws and a few minutes is all it takes, and it's one of those little things that saves a lot of frustration. Highly recommended.
