Great item for bad neighbors

I live in a neighborhood where murders happen regularly. The last two times, the police ran out of crime scene tape, which led to the contamination of the crime scene. Now that I'm an observer, I'll bring my roll of caution tape and a box of donuts. The local police are happy about that. If someone wants to buy a house of 1500 sqm. Feet for $9.99 let me know.
