Just received this little projector and I'm impressed. I had a projector 15 years ago and paid about $700 for it. this one was just as good. Technology has come a long way and prices have come down. Now let's talk about perspective. Now I have 2 projectors. One of them is very expensive and this DB Power costs less than 1/10th the cost of an expensive projector. DB Power does a pretty good job for its cost. It is small, compact, easy to carry and move. I love the functionality that allows me to wirelessly connect directly to my iPhone. The color and video are pretty good using my phone for the video I took with my phone (not to mention streaming from the app). Does it have the same good color, contrast, brightness etc. as my very expensive projector? ? no But this other projector is very expensive. However, this one is much easier to set up, carry, transport etc. The speakers are ok. No projector has great speakers (not even my expensive projector). But that's enough. I still recommend external speakers for great sound. But for watching videos on YouTube. It is in order. I think it's really handy to carry around for short visits, small office presentations for a few people, etc. The comfort is great. Will I impress anyone if I project this onto a 200 inch screen? No, I will use my very expensive 4k projector for this. But that's a very unfair comparison. looking for a complete cinematic intensive film presentation. This is not what you are looking for. For smaller occasions... like a small meeting in the office with PowerPoint, showing photos or videos you took with your iPhone to a handful of friends or maybe watching a movie with a small child (no color contrast / 4k snob) . ) that's enough and everything will be fine with the purchase.
