The app is ok and the device is small and easy to use. I wanted to test devices to see if they update and give me a location. I had the device with me and it wasn't updated. I have 2 devices so tried a different one, same results. If you try to update the device's location in the app even though you know it's not there, it's like the app is arguing with you. I pressed the refresh button and it still says home then I'm 10 miles from my home. When the app finally updates, it shows him in a house 3 houses away from mine. I have this for 2 of my cats who love to get out of the garden. If the animal or child is moving quickly, these devices are not worth the money. Tech support is only available via email and I asked tech support a question and got a reply the next morning. They were great, but unfortunately the device wasn't. Also, don't let the add-on corrupt you by saying that there is no monthly fee. There is a quarterly payment.
