Fall Short of the Mark, Dreambone

I have always been very picky about what I give my pet because I am a responsible pet keeper. In search of dog-centric pet products, I recently visited Dreambone, a web-based retailer. My interactions with the business have been disappointing. The first problem I ran into was with the range of available goods. Although Dreambone advertises a wide variety of products on their website, I was unable to purchase what I desired because it was out of stock. I tried to get in touch with customer support, but they were rude and unhelpful, and they couldn't tell me when I could expect the products to be restocked. Moreover, I was disappointed by the goods' low quality. My dog's dental health hasn't improved much despite my acquisition of a package of Dreambone dental chews. I also had to toss them out because my canine wasn't interested in them. Shipping complications compounded my problems. There was a delay in the delivery of my purchase, and when it finally arrived, not everything was there. I contacted Dreambone's support staff in an effort to fix the problem, but they were unresponsive and useless throughout my interactions with them. My time spent with Dreambone as a whole has been less than satisfying. I'm frustrated and unhappy because of their limited selection, low-quality goods, and unhelpful customer service. If you're searching for high-quality, dependable pet supplies, Dreambone is not the company for you.

Pros
  • Prices that are reasonable for pet caretakers on a budget
Cons
  • Response times in customer support are often subpar.
