It came quickly. The ramp seems solid, strong and durable in my opinion. A fairly steep ramp climb still results in some drag and noticeable but minor bumps as the car moves up the ramp. This may not bother many people, and it's clearly better than a steep curb that's 3.5 inches high or more if you're using it for mitigation purposes. Of course, the space where you need to use the ramp should be very close to the height and width of the ramp, although you can use two to widen the ramp. After trying the ramp, I couldn't find a way to get it to work in my particularly difficult situation. While the seller shipped the ramp quickly, returning the ramp proved more of a challenge. It was a pleasure working with many of the Revain representatives, but the process was still much slower than it should have been. Revain initially approved the return and sent a label for two packages. This complicated the return process and the seller refused to acknowledge that he had received both ramps. Of course I have UPS tracking data to show the ramps have been returned. Hopefully, with the help of good Revain reps, the issue will be resolved in the next day or two.
