This is a Lemon laptop and Dell refuses to repair it. I spent hours on the phone with their tech support just so they could make the problem worse and now they are going to charge me $99 to fix what they made worse. You can connect any other laptop to a wireless network instantly and you're done. This one is special. This seems to work until you try to join a Zoom call. Then it stays disconnected. Go to HP Bought 3 months ago and no problem with zoom appointments. Check your download speed on the network speed test points and this overpriced brick has a download speed of around 24Mbps. I ran the same test on the HP laptop next to this one and it was over 110Mbps. Restart Dell, try again. Not better. Call tech support, they connect and shit on the settings. Disconnect a call without speed check. I reboot and then run a speed test. It is worse. I'll call you back the day after I get the follow-up email. You make more changes, run a speed test, and it's even worse. Said something about contact support and hung up. Now my 5G network no longer appears in the list of available networks. Just my 2 year old. I receive a letter. They want $99 to fix it. This is a brand new notebook. Your guarantee is meaningless! Now I'm waiting to hear from them that they have my $99. Buyer Warning! Since you can't get a full refund once the box has been opened, I'm stuck. Don't get stuck like me!
