It is made of very stretchy material and runs a bit small. Even though I'm not Mr. Potato Head, I think it's too tight. I felt like a bank robber with a nylon stocking pulled over my face to hide his features. Wearing it as a gaiter to cover the mouth, nose and throat as shown in one of the product images is not really suitable for an average sized adult man although a woman or child may find it fine. The material is thin but looks strong enough. Aside from being too snug against the skin, it feels comfortable and looks well constructed. For all of that I give four stars. It just doesn't fit me the way I'd like it to. Glasses are also a problem.
