Anything made of metal rusts almost instantly here in the Bahamas, so this is the perfect porch light. It's a clever design - almost completely sealed, and the mounting hardware is all top notch. My only complaint is the size of the hole inside for the ceramic bulb holder. It's much larger than it needs to be, so it shows the wires. If they had made the hole smaller, it would have been much better.This fixture is also unusual in that the bottom is not open, so you need to take off two screws to change a bulb. However, the supplied bulb is both stylish and bright, and being an LED, should last a very long time, so maybe there is really no downside to sealing it up.
