Perfectly designed and organized financial tool
I like that it is very affordable for new users with limited experience, also they are available 24/7 to answer questions! The customer service agents can be helpful if you have any technical difficulties or need help navigating through their website. Nothing really. It's easy enough to use but not too confusing either unless your first time using an online bank account. If someone isn't familiar with how banking works this would probably make them feel more comfortable since there aren’t many options in terms of banks when starting out as young adults (or anyone). This helps ease my mind about opening up accounts now because we won‘t waste money unnecessarily by having multiple different types of loans just so our credit score will go higher than average.
