Review on 🏎️ Silver Ceramic Header for 350Z/G35 '03-'04 by DC Sports by Punk Espinoza

Great upgrade with stock exhaust system.

My brother burned out the engine on my 2004 G35 coupe so while I was installing the new long block the shop said they would install new headers (as well as many other parts incl) free of charge while the engine was running not in the car. I took advantage of this because setting the header usually takes quite a bit of work, which increases the overall cost and the ROI starts to shrink. those were the headlines. I can't comment too much on the performance gain of this header since it was paired with a brand new inline motor as well as other modifications, but I can comment on the sound. The stock exhaust sound is perfect for the G35, which is why I still drive it. The addition of these headers produced a slightly deeper rumble below 3000 rpm, but in a way it seems in addition to any stock exhaust noise (so the stock exhaust noise remains, but the hum is hidden behind). It also made the car a bit louder under acceleration at all revs. I personally like it. Add to that the fact that it's allowed under CARB law and is an absolute winner in my opinion. It doesn't detract from the day-to-day comfort of the car at all, which I see as a huge benefit if you're trying to get some utility out of your daily driver. If you want to add something else to your G35 and have almost everything but the headers, I encourage you to do so, especially if you can get a good install discount (or install it yourself!).
