Kit is not of very good quality
The instructions were not easy and you definitely had to read between the lines to understand what to do. This kit was of very poor quality (canned extract that literally needs to be opened with a can opener, all ingredients seemed very old, seemed to have been on the shelf for a long time) compared to other kits I've used and I'm used to not sure if I can use what I've done in general. I've learned my lesson in spending more money on the best kit (like Northern Brewer). The resulting beer is not even close to the fortress, the beer is very thick and gooey. Pooh!
