This is definitely one of the best Rubis tweezers I've bought. Yes, they're expensive, but the quality, precision, and accuracy are incredible. As another reviewer mentioned, if you see a "straggler," these tweezers can grab it without breaking the hair and remove it to the root. The only problem. DO NOT drop them! Once the angle (or the way the two ends connect) can be compromised, they tend to lose their precision and ability to grab hair the way we expect. If someone from Rubis is reading this, could you actually give us some info on customer support? Years ago, a customer had the opportunity to send in a "fallen" pair of tweezers and have them realigned. It would be great to have such an option. Other than that, it's the best tweezers! I love her and my husband too!
